When you book a demo we collect the details you type into the form: your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), your monthly ad spend range and the tools your team uses. We use them only to contact you about your demo and to prepare it. We do not sell this information.

The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser. Our hosting provider may record standard technical logs and anonymous usage statistics so we can keep the site running and improve it.

In the Zero Metrics product

When a customer connects ad accounts, a CRM or a lead sheet, Zero Metrics reads the data needed for reporting, such as campaign names, spend, lead source and lead status. Connections are read-only. Each portfolio's data is visible only to the people the customer invites. Customers should not connect fields that hold sensitive personal data they do not need for reporting, such as medical records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@zerometrics.co. We handle personal data in line with applicable data protection laws, including those of the United Arab Emirates.
